We are currently looking for the right teammate that will be dedicated for the wellbeing of our clients and patients.
Full-Time (32 to 40 hours a week) Rotating shifts:
6:
00am to 2:
30pm or 12:
00pm to 8:
00pm with rotating weekends and holidays throughout the year Hourly $14-17 dollars an hour plus tips Duties:
Greeting client's furry friends Receive and place calls to our clients for scheduling purposes of boarding and daycare Entering client, patient, and financial data into our computer, generating invoices and explaining them to client Excellent customer service skills and an exceptional level of communication in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets and other teammates.
Demonstrate ability to show empathy toward clients and treat pets with compassion and respect.
Coordinate veterinary appointments with the ancillary veterinary clinic Bring dogs in/out for Daycare and Boarding Check in Daycare dogs as they arrive to the facility Check in boarding patients and fill out proper patient documentation for stay Check out boarding patients ensure charges are correct Collect payments for boarding, daycare and grooming services Document client communications and make sure all concerns are addressed from clients Call vet offices for records and update records in our computer system as needed Schedule basic grooming appointments and bath's Be able to answer client's questions and provide vaccine requirements and prices Walk boarding dogs as needed Ability to clean dog runs and provide the boarders with fresh bedding
Qualifications:
Competence in the English Language, both written and oral Excellent people skills, friendly, outgoing, and willingness to contribute to a team High school or College Degree One year experience in a veterinary facility preferred Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
