Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to- Conduct initial client intakes, ensuring all necessary pre-admission and intake tasks and forms are completed.
Answering and responding to incoming mental health program inquiries/referrals via telephone, fax, and/or internet in a timely manner.
Providing information to potential clients and families regarding the outpatient and intensive outpatient programs and admissions procedures.
Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented client records with a quality of documentation that meets highest level of standards.
Communicate with insurance companies to ensure documentation is meeting insurance standards.
Provide consultation with insurance companies to advocate for medical necessity of services rendered.
Providing follow-up to referral sources and families regarding status of client.
Support facility by assisting with ad hoc duties.
Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to scanning and uploading documents into electronic health record system and to clinical staff members, as requested.
Attend team meetings as scheduled to ensure quality care for clients.
Communicate with Operations and Clinical to ensure clients are meeting program requirements.
Participate in staff meetings when appropriate.
Comply with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations.
Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the agency, as appropriate.
Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences.
Abide by code of ethics and model values.
Assist Business development with organizing, scheduling, tours.

Qualifications:
Effective oral and written communication skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Familiarity with Windows based computer software.
Must be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM.
EHR Proficiency in typing on a computer keyboard.
Solid problem-solving skills and an ability to multi-task; Compassionate with teamwork skills; Bachelors in social work, psychology or recognized mental health discipline, preferred Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
Ability to oversee accurate quantitative review of chart records and documentation.
Ability to pass background check.
