Summary:
Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests of the Wellness Center.
Supports all front end departments including, sales, front desk, and housekeeping.
Minimum Qualifications Formal Education Required High school diploma Post-secondary education preferred Experience & Training Required One (1) year of customer service experience Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire Other Skills, Competencies and
Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate computer skills High level of interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner Positive attitude Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs and self-respect and dignity Level of Physical Demands Sedentary:
Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
