Administrative Assistant Receptionist

Our client is currently seeking to fill a FULL TIME Receptionist/ Inside Sales position.
Hours would be Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $10.00/hr
Job Duties:
Produces information by transcribing, filing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Maintains schedule calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Administers new hire employee applications and testing.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting information.
Skills and Qualifications:
MUST have Previous Office Experience
Administrative Writing & Reporting Skills
Microsoft Office Skills
Posses a Love for Organization
Typing Skills
Great Verbal Communication

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
