This position is responsible to oversee and drive collaboration, provide influence and authoritative advice to its architects, vendors and business clients to ensure that the modified hardware, software technology components interact appropriately; data conversion impacts are considered and other areas of impact are addressed and meet performance requirements. Develop methodologies to implement new and emerging hardware and software infrastructure. Oversee and review the research, analysis, selection, planning and engineering of windows server hardware and software components or enhancements. Manage and provide direct guidance to ensure that the plans integrate effectively with other enterprises hardware and software solutions. Provide leadership, technical guidance in project management, planning, task definition, estimates, reports and schedules. Develop methods to test, debug and support; analyze performance, document hardware and software technology components. Manage highly complex hardware and software technology analysis, evaluation of resource requirements necessary to maintain and expand service levels or tune hardware and software components for optimum performance. Develop and lead the implementation of technical strategies; solutions to maintain and expand service levels or tone hardware also software components for optimum performance. Manage and provide direct guidance to ensure that plans integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical hardware and software. Resolve highly complex or critical incidents involving multiple enthusiasm services and components. Investigate and approve major including significant changes for purposes of incident avoidance.
Requirements
The candidate must have 7 years of windows server technology related experience. The applicant also must have certification of MSCE windows server 2008 or 2012 MCSM. Knowledge and skilled in commodity x86 server hardware, blade chassis hardware, windows cluster, advance operating system, server, storage and network are required. Advance problem solving, troubleshooting, technology industry knowledge is preferred.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
