The Data Integrity Coordinator role is responsible for the upload and tracking of key article and listing elements within the integrated SAP retail system. The positon will partner with merchandising and inventory management ensuring that all new articles and listings are created within the SAP system.
The Data Integrity department is responsible for the master data and pricing accuracy of all SKUs within SAP (brick & mortar stores and ecommerce). The department also supports the company's new growth plans through the creation and maintenance of site master data, the processing of listing changes and SKU updates and uploads.
Process all SKU creation and change requests related to article master data, site master data, pricing or listing, along with understanding data dependencies and timing, to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Execute reporting to ensure SKU and listing is accurate within the SAP system. Follow-up with merchandising and Inventory Management to resolve issues and improve system accuracy.
Analyze and resolve issues from internal customers or stores related to article master data, site master data, pricing or listing.
Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects/ analysis as directed.
Education Requirements
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Some College or System training.
Minimum: 0-2 years of system or computer work experience in a related field and/ or previous retail or customer service experience.
Preferred SAP Retail or other business systems experience.
Other Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), SAP Retail experience preferred. Detailed oriented. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand data dependencies. Customer service oriented. Ability to adapt to changing environments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
