Database Marketing Manager

The Database Marketing Manager will develop, execute, manage and report on the data analytics initiatives for the Commercial market segment (i.e. PBM, Payor, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Wholesalers, System Integrators, etc.). This position will have a demonstrated ability to use data to advise the organization on how best to drive business results, maximize lead acquisition and increase solution cross/upsells. The Database Marketing Manager must blend a high proficiency in accessing and manipulating data with a strong ability to turn data into strategic insights and recommendations. The position involves both analytical and strategic thinking to ensure that data-driven business decisions are aligned and optimized in accordance with market conditions and segment goals. Working cross-functionally, the Database Marketing Manager develops and implements our data analytics strategy including a full understanding and analysis of our customer and prospect databases, collection and analysis of KPIs across sales and marketing functions, and regular discussion with segment leaders on understanding and acting upon our data. This position can be based in Hudson, Ohio (preferred), Chicago, IL or Waltham, MA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Translate business needs into database-related analysis, data mining projects, analytics and modeling Guide decision-making at all levels of the organization through meaningful reports, analyses, and insightful recommendations Perform market penetration, market segmentation, cross-sell and upsell analysis, report trends and offer recommendations Design, run, analyze, monitor and document complex queries and ad-hoc programs incorporating data from a variety of disparate and sometimes incomplete sources Create lists for mail, email, and call campaigns using internal and/or external data sources in accordance with guidelines and deadlines to support timely execution of marketing campaigns Clean, standardize, de-dupe, and optimize lists Access and combine data from disparate systems to create a single data source, potentially including the creation and maintenance of a data warehouse Assist in migration of data from one system to another, including guiding data structure and design, exporting, formatting, and importing data Monitor, analyze and report on campaign results and provide program recommendations based on database opportunities and campaign performance Communicate and coordinate with internal customers, vendors, technology groups, and others, as necessary Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor DivisionHealthLocation(s)1100 Terex Rd, Hudson, OH; 300 West Adams St Suite 1200, Chicago, IL; 230 Third Ave, Waltham, MAQualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer-related field or in Business  Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRMs (Salesforce required, Netsuite, SalesLogix preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in Access (or similar) database development Strong knowledge of B2B database marketing methods Strong MS Excel & Access database experience required Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau required Proven track record of creating improved business results through analytics, data and insights Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Strong data management & manipulation skills Marketing automation (Marketo) experience preferred Ability to source and combine data from multiple environments Experience working with sales and marketing teams in a matrix environment Ability to communicate with marketing managers regarding campaign opportunities and recommended actions Ability to work independently, prioritize, adapt and manage multiple projects under tight timelines Excellent communication skills and service orientation required Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills 18-20845

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
